In what is probably a first, at least for Cartoon Network's Adult Swim lineup, we get Space Dandy, hours ahead of the Japanese airing. What is Space Dandy? Well, According to the show, it's about "A Dandy, in space." Brought to us by Shinichiro Watanabe, the mind behind Cowboy Bebop, And Bones, the studio that gave use shows like Eureka Seven and Soul Eater, Space Dandy is... well... Dandy?

As this show is "simulcasting" with Japan, there isn't much to know yet about the crew of the Aloha Hoi, but here is what Funimation has to say:

Space Dandy is a dandy in space! This dreamy adventurer with a to-die-for pompadour travels across the galaxy in search of aliens no one has ever laid eyes on. Beyond that, it appears to bey a stylized, whacked out, space trip as Dandy is followed by.... The Statue of Liberty's head with a ball gag in its mouth?!

Updated: Question: Should A Cosplayer Be Kicked Out Of PAX East For Doing Her Job?

Day 1 Left, Day 2 Right Just to be clear, Jessica Nigri was asked to leave and change, she was allowed back in... But on day 1 of PAX east, she went dressed as Lollipop Chainsaw's star, Juliet Starling, without issue. Day 2 she went dressed as the same character in one of the multiple alt costumes and asked to leave to change. She returned in the cheerleader uniform from day 1 she was asked to change again, cover up, or leave entirely! Did I mention she was at the WB Games booth and is the official character model for the game? So what's the point of this post? Most of the Grotto staff come from a place in the US where people can go grocery shopping wearing A LOT less than what Nigri had on! Now if she were dressed in one of the alternate costumes from Dead or Alive Extreme Beach Volleyball, then I can understand the issue. What do you guys think?
