First Ten Minutes Of Crimson Dragon (Udpated)

Well, the XBOX One is now available, and we decided to test out Crimson Dragon using the system's "Game DVR" feature. Not bad at all. There is a 5 minute limit, but we managed to hit a now loading screen after almost 5 minutes! Stitched them together and we have the video above! Despite the negative reviews, the game plays a lot like Panzer Dragon, which is what I was expecting after playing it at SDCC. Considering members from Team Andromeda were a part of the team behind the game, it's easy to see what they were going for. A Panzer Dragoon game in spirit. Now Sega, Panzer Dragoon Orta ran on the original Xbox, which did have an x86 CPU (Intel Celeron @ 733Mhz), so how about an HD update? Now, I do miss the "Panzerese" language from Panzer Dragoon Saga. Update: Well, InGrooves, not Content OWNERS Microsoft or Grounding have filed and won a copyright claim. The Sole Reason I'd Pick Up An Xbox One At Launch Over The PS4

Image
After seeing all the launch titles for both the Xbox One and PS4, there is only 1 exclusive that tipped the scales for me. Crimson Dragon! Played this at SDCC and well, It's Panzer Dragoon in every way minus the title! Think about it. It has Dragons, Multi Lock Targeting, and made by the guys that worked on the Panzer games!

November 22 Is The Day Microsft Launches The Xbox One!

One week after the PS4 launch is when the Xbox One gets released, which means I have until then to sell a kidney to pick up Crimson Dragon!

Mad Catz Knows How To Throw A Party!

Pictures coming soon, but Mad Catz managed to bring Microsoft to San Diego this year! Including XBOX One Titles Killer Instinct, Crimson Dragon and more. Even better... KI was playable on an IMAX screen! Also, the MOJO was there... It's actually a really similar to the Ouya, except that it uses the Play Store. I got to sit with some of the guys bringing Crimson Dragon to the Xbox One, and these guys KNOW what they are doing! I was told Sega Saturn copies of Panzer Dragoon and Panzer Dragoon Zwei are part of the development of the game. Let me say this.... THIS IS A SPIRITUAL SUCCESSOR TO PANZER DRAGOON HANDS DOWN! From the design and gameplay from Panzer 1, 2 and Orta to the dragon evolving similar to what was done in Panzer Dragoon Saga, Microsoft and Groundling can take my money now!
