Green Lantern is Gay: An Editorial

Greetings Geeks, In an effort to make the Green Lantern more relevant, DC comics has gone through the trouble of publicly announcing that the return of the Green Lantern to the recently rebooted "New 52" universe is eminent...and that he is gay. Warning. This is an editorial. My thoughts are solely my own and do not represent the thoughts of the Geek Grotto collectively. Nevertheless, read my thoughts after the jump.

Soul Sacrifice Gets A US Release!

Keiji Inafune, who's credits include the Mega Man series, Resident Evil series, Dead Rising series, and much more has had an interview posted of Sony's Playstation Blog about Soul Sacrifice for the Playstation Vita. The games premise is that you must sacrifice something for power to defeat your enemies. You can sacrifice anything from an item, to a body part, to a life! Sounds fun! Help A Disabled SF IV Player Get To EVO!

I saw this story over at Shoryuken, and did it tear at my heart! Osamu Ichikawa is disabled and yet manages to play Street Fighter IV using only his cheek and chin!!! He is asking for a chance to go and compete at EVO in Vegas this year, but doesn't have the funds himself. Even "The Beast", Daigo Umehara is on board trying to set up an event next month to raise funds at Taito Station, a Japanese Arcade. Capcom has just announced that Fate/Unlimited Codes' digital license is expiring on June 12th, which means after that day, you will no longer be able to buy this looked over fighter. Injustice: Gods Among Us Revealed!

Well, as we get closer to E3, more and more infor gets out... Case in point, A fighting game that appears to have The Injustice League, a parallel universe version of The Justice League! Being done by the guys and gals at NetherRealm of Mortal Kombat fame, this looks quite AWESOME! Watch the announcement trailer after the jump!

Rumor: Kingdom Hearts HD Remix To Be Shown at E3

Take this with a grain of salt, but DualPixels has a source claiming that an HD remix of the above shown titles will be shown off for the PS#, Vita and Wii U with new side quests to tie up some loose ends and the Wii U version to interact with the upcoming Dream Drop Distance for the 3DS. Tecmo Koei Announces It's E3 Plans

This year, Tecmo Koei seems as if they will be focusing most of their E3 efforts to push Dead or Alive 5. With demo kiosks and a tournament to promote their next fighting game. Dead or Alive 5 is the first full DOA game after former series producer, Tomonobu itagaki, left Tecmo. So far the game looks amazing, so hopefully they'll do Itagaki proud. And it's a mixed bag... The Midnight to 3AM block brings back the some MAJOR reruns, story continuations, and new shows. So, what we have is: Midnight: Bleach (which has finished is run on Japanese TV) 12:30:     Deadman Wonderland (New Show) 1:00:       Casshern Sins (New Show) 1:30:       Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood 2:00:       Ghost in the Shell and 2:30:       Cowboy Bebop The first half seems refreshing, but seriously, Cowboy Bebop and Ghost in the Shell AGAIN??? I love the series, but this would be the 1 Billionth time they've been rerun on Cartoon Network!
