Ok, so Capcom announced today, on the 1st day of EVO 2012, that you will no longer have to wait until the Vita version of the game to be released to play the 12 "new" characters that are locked away on your disc! On July 31st, for $19.99 American Dollars, or 1600 Microsoft Points, you can finally take your "new" characters for a spin! Read the full PR after the jump!

With all the fixes in the latest Street Fighter X Tekken 1.04 update, Rolento game the ability to freeze time by tossing his knife into ANY projectile attack on both the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game. Watch it after the jump!

Greetings Geeks! Capcom released a lengthy 8 minute cinematic back story for some of the new characters for Street Fighter X Tekken as well as some info on it's PS Vita release including a cross assault feature for the Vita! Hit the jump for all the Capcom goodies!

Capcom has announced that these DLC ( D isc L ocked C ontent) is available. Each character's swap costume is available at $1 or you can buy all of team SF or Team Tekken for $13 each. Also, new color packs for customizing your look and quick combos are available as well for free. Also a new patch will be available on the 10th featuring: - Online sound update, which will improve the quality of sound when playing online matches. -Tournament support update , which will expedite the gem selection process with the help of a new number wheel system. Well, via Capcom-Unity just announced the upcoming DLC schedule and pricing for SFXT's DLC and I for 1 am not too happy... There are some free ones, like Gem Packs, Tournament Support, Combo Presets, and Color Packs. The others though include $20 (1600MSPs) for the 12 additional characters....that are already on disc! Additional costumes are $1 (80 MSPs) a pop or $13 (1040 MSPs) for either team Capcom or team Namco.. So a cost of $46-$58 if you purchase all the DLC! At times like this, I'd rather NOT have all the DLC on disc that way I know my money isn't going to an unlock code. Love you Capcom, but not loving this decision... Source: Capcom-Unity

A followup to last week's Ryu/Ken vs Kazuya video, today we have Jun vs Vega from Mike Diva. What's really interesting is that half way through we switch to a 90's arcade style layout with poor framerate and all. While not as epic as Thousand Pounds' video, this one is still pretty good.

Hello again! Those of you who purchased the XBOX 360 version of Street Fighter X Tekken we're probably pretty pissed when you found out that there was no 4 player co-op mode. Well, Capcom understands and has posted a little apology on their official blog. No real word on whether or not online 4 player mode is coming to the 360, but based on the post, I'd be leaning towards "No". Check it out after the jump

Over the weekend it was shown that the 12 Dlc characters were in fact already on disc, including Mega-Man and Pac-Man being on the Xbox 360 disc! After the jump read what Capcom has to say about this.
